Day 2

of 100 ..

When I started this journey, I don't know what I'm getting myself into. Heck, even right now, I still don't know what I'm doing. But, I guess that's the one thing about learning something new; it's uncomfortable. You're putting yourself out there into the unknown, unfamiliar territory, feeling like fish out of water. And yes, that is me right now!

But, just like what Dorie (from Nemo) said, "just keep swimming, just keep swimming." That's what I'm doing. I'm just going to keep on swimming.

I know I mentioned it a couple of time, the $7 course really did changed my way of thinking. If I'm to dissect why I'm doing this, the very first thing that comes to mind is I'm doing this for my family. But more than that, I'm doing it for myself too. I don't want to be a member of the society just strolling through life. My ultimate life goal is to make a significant difference to at least 1 person's life. To do that, I have to change my way of thinking, and be the best version of myself.

Just before I started thinking about doing affiliate marketing, I had just finished reading (listening from audible) Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich. Then, I came across a TikTok video where this lady was on her 18th day of Alex Hormozi's Rule of 100. She shares what it is she's doing, and how it starts snowballing into something bigger - on her 18th day, mind you. Then, algorithm brought me to a super affiliate marketer's page and gave an example of how she got started. And yes, I did get sucked into buying the $7 course, and guess what? I DO NOT regret it one bit. Because starting the course and learning the basic foundation of affiliate marketing really got me. At first I thought, "what are the odds?" They are all interconnected. Coincidence? Perhaps. I don't know. But, I am taking it, and taking this chance to do it, even if it means stepping out of my comfort zone. REALLY stepping out!

If you want to learn more about the $7 course, it is a 15 days challenge, where they will teach you the basic foundation of affiliate marketing. They will give you a step-by-step walk through of how to create your sales funnel, landing page, etc. And even more, they encouraged you to read Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad. LET ME TELL YOU about that book - GAME CHANGER!!!

If Think and Grow Rich was good, Rich Dad, Poor Dad is life changing. If I could do one thing over, I probably would have read that book LONG time ago, and not waited until now. Robert gave so much insight into the financial world that is still true to this day. I highly recommend that every single one of you go out and read it. It is truly worth it!
